When we receive units from retailers, they are checked for damage and order discrepancies. If any damage or order discrepancies are found, the client is notified within 24-48 hours.

We prep units according to Amazon FBA guidelines 24 - 48 hours* from receipt.

* During business operating hours

M-F 8 am - 5 pm MST

Shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers are processed weekly on the client's designated shipping day.

Clients are invoiced weekly through PayPal.
