Frequently Asked Questions

We work with clients who move a minimum of 100 units weekly (400 monthly). If you're looking to grow your business with prep and ship services to the minimum volume within two calendar months, we're willing to consider you as a client.

Our intake process take two business days for us to be set up to receive your first shipment. This timeframe is dependent on client communication.

We invoice using weekly PayPal. Payment is expected within 7 days of receipt, or we will delay regular weekly shipment.

We communicate via email, text, and phone call per client preference. For clients outside of the United States, we are willing to use WhatsApp.

We do not.

Each client is assigned a weekly shipping day.  All items are prepped and updated on our shared spreadsheet the within 24-48 hours of receipt. We ship complete and partial fulfillments of units, per client preference. Weekly shipments under 35 units will incur an additional $20 fee, otherwise the client can choose to skip up to 2 weeks of scheduled shipments.
